Enquiries
Sending a note is the beginning of a conversation, not a booking. Each gathering is confirmed in writing once details, date, and arrangements are agreed.
Composition
Bossa composes around seasonal produce. Exact elements may shift quietly based on what is at its best on the day. The spirit of the collection you chose is always honoured.
Reservation & changes
Once a date is held, changes are welcome with reasonable notice. Close to the day, some elements may already be in motion and not easily undone.
Allergies & care
Please share any allergies or dietary needs when you write. We prepare in shared kitchens, so traces of common allergens may be present.
